Our years of building experience have resulted in this “ready-to go” site office solution - fully compliant with Workplace Health and Safety legislation and structurally certified. The tested crane-lift points and tilt-tray hooks ensure your office is built to travel, and its solid construction ensures a longer life moving from site to site.

Comfort
The reflective white exterior and standard air conditioning (reverse-cycle optional), combined with Colorbond EPS insulated Class II fire-rated/termite-proof wall and ceiling panels, mean you'll be cooler in summer and warmer in winter. There are also ventilated polycarbonate skylights in all compartments.

Security
Years of experience has combined to deliver a truly secure site solution with double deadlocks and dog bolts on all of the solid core doors, steel framed doors and window free design - windows optional (not recommended). Protect your equipment when you aren’t on site.

Durability
The robust 50x50mm epoxy coated Duragal steel frame means your office is built to last, increasing the capex/depreciation viability, and the hardwearing compressed-concrete floor is water, pest and rot-proof.

Transportability & Connectability
The certified crane-lift points, skids and tilt-tray hooks, direct plug in-and-go industrial electrical wiring and fixtures, switchboard/RCDs and aerial mount for site connection, fully plumbed and centralised sewer, waste and water connections all mean our site offices are easily transportable and “ready-to-go”. Our base 3.6 ‘space’ x 2.4m model weighs a mere 1350kg and all models are designed for tilt tray or hi-ab transport.

Functionality
An acoustic wall void between the office and WCs, plus a separate flooring membrane, ensures optimal noise and moisture separation. Each WC has a standard S-trap pan, stainless steel hand basin and roll holder, plus indicator bolt on the door. One cubicle can be changed to a shower recess and one additional ‘cleaner’s’ tap is included for WC hose-out. Mirror-finish stainless vanity mirrors are an optional extra.

Safety & Compliance
Installation of wall-mounted first-aid units and fire extinguisher are an optional extra. We can also provide full standard WH&S-compliant signage (Site Office, First Aid, M/F Toilet). Vandal-resistant hardware means no more time-wasting delays.
